Commission for the Heart of Birmingham Hospitals PCT
'The Carnival' was commissioned for the foyer of the new Health Unit, Handsworth, Birmingham. It was installed in February 2007.
The piece was created to highlight the cross range of cultures in the surrounding areas, a family-friendly piece.
